Calcium fortified Isolated soy protein - fortified beverage ingredients - Solbar

This new Isolated Soy Protein designed for use in a wide range of beverage applications. The calcium fortification brings the calcium level of the formulation to 3% while protein level is 80%.
 

The product is of crème/off-white color and with bland flavor profile maintaining low viscosity. By simply stirring, it is dispersible even in cold water; requires minimal preparation time and makes it an easy product to use. It's designed for beverage applications where calcium fortification is required.
 
 

                                     

 

It is a perfect match for dry beverage blends (DBB) and other powdered drinks to be reconstituted with water and or juice prior to consumption. It can be used in ready to drink (RTD) beverages as well as those that are UHT processed. Major applications are for calcium fortified soy milk and other soy beverages.
 

In addition to highly nutritious protein, this product contains an ideal balance of essential amino acids, it is calcium fortified and has a bland flavor.
