Creative Edge Nutrition acquires e-tailer A-Z Nutrition28 September 2012Michigan-based active lifestyle firm Creative Edge has confirmed the acquisition of discount supplement online retailer A-Z Nutrition. The acquisition of A-Z is part of Creative Edge’s takeover of SCD Enterprises, which was announced in August. The firm said that the business, which stocks a variety of popular sports nutrition products, had delivered 10,000 orders since its launch 10 years ago. “I have always seen A-Z-Nutrition as a market leader in their space, and I am excited that we were able to acquire them to facilitate our rapidly expanding platform for future growth,” said Bill Chaaban, Creative Edge Nutrition's chief executive and president. “The A-Z-Nutrition acquisition is complementary to our recent acquisition of the more content driven supplementstogo.com.
