Creative Edge Nutrition acquires SCD Enterprises20 August 2012Georgia, USA-based 'active lifestyle' nutritional supplements firm Creative Edge Nutrition has paid an undisclosed sum to acquire sports supplements manufacturer SCD Enterprises. Creative Edge said the deal is part of its aggressive acquisitions and organic growth strategy. "We are glad to be able to announce this strategic development. The opportunity that this deal has provided to all parties is noteworthy," said Bill Chaaban, Creative Edge Nutrition's CEO and President.
