US sports nutrition firm Inergetics has signed a deal with the West Point Academy to supply cadets at the military academy with sports nutrition products.
The order has been generated by the Director of Cadet Activities (DCA), who is responsible for more than 100 competitive club sports programmes including champion cycling, boxing, men's handball, judo, women's rugby and triathlon teams. The Academy has more than 4,000 members and Inergetics products will now be available at on-campus retail outlets.
"We are honored to have our Surgex nutritional supplements selected by the DCA for distribution to the cadets of the world's most prestigious military academy," said Mark Mirken, Inergetics' chief executive.
