Waitrose has introduced several new world-food themed bakery convenience products under its Street Sensations brand.
The new range, which includes roti, foccacia, pancakes, sandwiches baguettes and cakes, is targeted at lunchtime consumers and is designed to tap into the current popularity of global street food.
The products include Bánh mì Vietnamese pork baguette, Paneer and Aloo Tikka Indian Roti, Tunisian Orange Polenta cake and Middle Eastern Ginger & Lime cake. Also included in the range are a variety of salads, snacks and beverages.
The range will be available from 15 August.
