Biocatalysts Ltd is a global speciality enzyme development and manufacturing company based in the UK, with an American subsidiary (Biocatalysts Inc) located in Chicago, with more than 35 years of enzyme, application and manufacture knowledge. The company is part of the BRAIN Group and offers both off-the-shelf enzyme products and an award-winning customized enzyme discovery, development and manufacturing service. It is the latter offering where Biocatalysts excels, taking a bespoke enzyme from concept through to routine manufacture in under 18 months, enabling food ingredient manufacturers to speed up their new product development cycle, giving them a competitive advantage with launching their products. Biocatalysts has acquired a wealth of knowledge on different commercial and non-commercial enzymes, their features, applications and benefits. Working closely with our customers we use this indepth market and enzyme knowledge to deliver fast and effective enzyme solutions.
