About us
The Caremoli tradition began in
1908 in Italy with the founding of the Caremoli family confectionery business.
Today, more than 100 year
later, Caremoli is focused on the production and the distribution of
ingredients, mixes and
semi-finished products for the global food market: Gluten Free, Dietary Supplements and Animal
Nutrition.
Caremoli’s latest project
started in 2020, with the launch of Caremoli Gluten Free.
A brand-new line of gluten free
and lactose free products readily available to consumers.
We work hard to offer safe
ingredients, obtained by sustainable sources and methods, in order to preserve and protect the
people and the environment.
Our plants are aligned with the
FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal standards in order to ensure the highest quality to our
international customers.
Our Quality Department is
organized in three operating units involved in: raw material control, finished product conformity and
the general company operation management.
We pride ourselves in our
state-of-the-art R&D lab. Thanks to our technical experts
we are able to drive innovation through product development, In-depth research and
knowledge.
Via our warehouses located in
Italy, Germany, USA, UAE and India, we ensure an accurate stockage service supported by
deliveries made through our own trucks and in cooperation with trusted transport companies.
