About us

For more than 20 years, Breko has specialised in high-quality polyphenol extracts for the health ingredients sector in close partnership with several well-known manufacturers of high-quality raw materials.The foundation for our portfolio was laid with polyphenol-rich wine and grape extracts. Over the years, the product range has been expanded to include resveratrol and innovative extracts from selected fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Numerous scientific studies prove the health benefits of these raw materials. Our portfolio: Polyphenols from French grapes and olives (exGrape™ SEED, exGrape™ TOTAL, Olivex™, oleoGrape™ SEED). These environmentally friendly, upcycled extracts are produced according to the principles of regenerative agriculture, which takes sustainability and climate issues fully into account. Veri-te™ resveratrol as a classic, water-dispersible, or melt-in the-mouth powder is supported by several human studies on women's health, bone health, cognitive health (recently published as the RESHAW study), gut-brain axis and oral health. BerryShield™ extract powders are characterised by their natural berry flavour and intense colour. The BerryShield™ matrix technology protects the ingredients from oxidation and increases the pH and colour stability of the berry powders, even during final application. The berries are grown exclusively by contract farmers in Northern and Western Europe.
