Mills E. Zwicky AG has become the most important hulling mill of its kind in
Switzerland. It was founded in 1892 and is still family-owned. Our main product
lines are cereals and semi-finished food products for the industry. Based on
our industry partner specific requirements, we develop end products or
semi-finished products made with any cereal, in any mixture, in any finished
form. Our success is based on our 125 years of experience, our in-depth
knowledge of the industry and our state-of-the-art processing technology. Our
latest strategic business area is added value food such as cholesterol
lowering, high protein or glutenfree products.
