We have three technologies in-house for the production of these types of products: We are experts in dry extrusion. Some years ago we developed Legumeat®, a mix of soy protein, beans, and rice. Moreover, we have HME technology to produce meat and fish analogs. . Sanygran also has a novel technology, Veggian (developed by Ctic-Cita) with this technology we produce vegetable mince meat.
