About us

InVivo Ingredients Division operates in different fields: 
- With AIT Ingredients, which operates along the wheat-flour-bread chain, it produces technical solutions (improvers, correctors, enzymes) and aromatic solutions (sourdoughs, roasted malts, cereal blends) for the milling and baking industries. 

- With Soufflet Biotechnologies, it produces enzymes used for the oenology, fruit and vegetables  processing, protein hydrolysis, baking, brewing and offers a unique expertise in formulation of enzymatic solutions for food companies.


- With the Biotechnology Research Center, it  provides standard R&D services to support your projects covering strain engineering, fermentation and bioprocesses, enzymes characterization and their final use in application tests.
