Product description

Agenaback 20.753 is produced out of fine-milled potato flakes. Ingredients: gently dried potatoes, emulsifier e 471, stabiliser e 450, antioxidant (e 224, e 304, citric acid), spice essences. Appearance: white to yellowish, floury powder. Odour & taste: specific. Agenaback 20.753 can be used in the food production where ever a smooth-spicy potato taste in addition to preservation and thickening are desired. Due to the excellent water absorption it is preferably used for: bakery products or improvement of preservation; bakery premixes taste-dominating component in special bakeries (potato bread), snacks. Packaging: Available in paper-bags of 25 kg (1 eu-pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg).
