Product description

Agenabon 20.114 is a starch saccharification product prepared by hydrolysis of starch. It consists of a mix of several saccharids with a high content of maltose and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: clear to yellowish syrup. Odour: specific, pure. Taste: specific, sweet. Due to the carbohydrate composition it is used for production of marshmallows. The optimal mix of mono-saccharids and di-saccharids ensure a good consistency and an optimal foam-stability. Packaging: Available in tank lorries.
