Agenabon 20.116 is a starch saccharification product prepared by hydrolysis of starch. It consists of a mix of several saccharids with a high content of glucose and maltose and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: clear to yellowish syrup. Odour: neutral, pure. Taste: specific, sweet. Applications: hard caramels, gums and jellies, foam candies, ice-cream. Packaging: Available in tank lorries. Packaging: Available in tank lorries.
