Product description

Agenabon 20.140 is a starch saccharification product prepared by hydrolysis of starch. It consists of a mix of several saccharids with a high content of glucose and maltose and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: clear to yellowish syrup. Odour: neutral, pure. Taste: specific, slightly sweet. Due to the special composition of saccharids (high content of glucose and maltose). Agenabon 20.118 has a lower viscosity than standard glucose syrups with similar dry substance. Therefore it is possible to increase percentage of glucose syrup in the formula of sweets and still to get optimal features in production. Applications: gums & jellies and foam candies. Packaging: Available in tank lorries.
