Product description

Agenabon 20.130 is a starch saccharification product produced of organic corn. It consists of a mix of several saccharids and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: clear to yellowish fluid with high viscosity. Odour: specific. Taste: specific, sweet. Compared to conventional syrups agenabon 20.130 is characterised by an especially high content of glucose and maltose. Therefore it shows a high sweetness and characteristics similar to honey. Applications: soft caramels, gum, fruit preparations, fillings for chocolate-products, ice-cream, baking products, fruit and nut-spread, corn and wheat flakes. Packaging: Available in tank lorries, one-way barrel of 250 kg (1 pallet = 2 barrels), IBC-totes of 1200 kg and bucket of 25 kg (1 pallet = 16 buckets = 400 kg).
