Product description

Agenabon 20.132 is a starch saccharification product produced of organic corn. It consists of a mix of several saccharides and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: clear to yellowish fluid with high viscosity. Odour: specific, pure. Taste: specific, sweet. Because of the high content of maltose in agenabon 20.132 the part of sucrose in hard caramels can be reduced or even replaced. Applications: hard caramels, bonbons, lollies, baking products, chocolates and chocolate-products. Packaging: Available in tank lorries, IBC-totes of 1,200 kg, one-way barrel of 250 kg (1 pallet = 2 barrels) and bucket of 25 kg (minimum 1 pallet; 1 pallet = 16 buckets = 400 kg).
