Product description

Agenabon 20.160 is a starch saccharification product prepared by hydrolysis of starch. This glucose syrup consists of a mix of several saccharids and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: colourless to slightly yellow high-viscous liquid. Odour, taste: specific, sweet. Due to the carbohydrate composition and the high viscosity which helps to prevent undesired crystallisation, this syrup is a standard raw-material for manufacturing a wide range of sweets and candies. Applications: hard candies, soft candies, gums and jelly-products, fondant, creams, marshmallows. Packaging: Available in tank lorries and in re-usable container of 1000 kg, 1200 kg and 1400 kg.
