Product description

Agenabon 20.162 is a starch saccharification product prepared by hydrolysis of starch. This glucose syrup consists of a mix of several saccharids and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: colourless to slightly yellow high-viscous liquid. Odour: neutral, pure. Taste: specific, sweet. Due to the special features, e.g. High viscosity, reduced sweetness as well as the useful packing agenabon 20.162 is used for production of confectioneries. Applications: ice-cream, fondant. Packaging: Available in one-way buckets with filling weight of 25 kg (1 pallet = 16 x 25 kg = 400 kg) and in tank lorries.
