Product description

Agenabon 20.164 is a starch saccharification product prepared by hydrolysis of starch. This glucose syrup consists of a mix of several saccharides and does not contain starch anymore. Appearance: colourless to slightly yellow liquid. Odour: pure, specific. Taste: sweet, specific. Because of its specific carbohydrate composition, it is recommended for applications where a reduction of sweetness combined with an improvement of 'mouth-feel' is requested. Applications: ice cream, liqueurs ketchup, condiments, dressings. Packaging: Available in tank lorries.
