Agenabon 20.217 is a spray-dried saccharification product prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch. It is a free-flowing, largely dust-free, very good water-soluble powder and consists mainly of glucose. Appearance: fine, white powder. Odour: neutral, pure. Taste: sweet. Agenabon 20 217 may be processed both for dry mixtures and in solutions. It has a high glucose content and thus can be used in many applications such as crystalline dextrose. Due to its excellent solubility , the product is particularly suitable as a sweetener for instant products. Applications: instant products , puddings , creams, caramels, chocolates , fillings, gum and jelly products, pastries, cakes, yeast rolls, drinks, ice cream , dairy products, canned fruits , dried fruits, meat processing. Packaging: Available in 25 kg paperbag with pe-lining (1 pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg).
