Product description

Agenadyn 20.050 is a thin-boiling modified potato starch. Appearance: white, fine powder. Odour: pure, specific. Taste: pure, specific. Applications: clear, dry soups: carrier and flow agent. It is practically insoluble in cold water. When cooking up an aqueous solution the viscosity will drastically increase at about 65 °c which is due to the gelatinization of the starch. Packaging: Available in 25 kg multiwall paper bags (1 pallet = 40 bags= 1000 kg).
