Product description

Agenajel 20.309 is an acetylated distarch adipate based on waxy corn. It is completely pregelatinized by thermal treatment. It has good thickening power, high heat, freeze/thaw, acid and shear stability. It is cold water soluble. Appearance: white fine powder. Odour: neutral, pure. Taste: neutral, pure. Dispersions of agenajel 20.309 yield transparent, smooth and short-textured pastes. They will not gelatinize even in case of an extended storage period and there will be no syneresis. Due to its features, it is perfectly suitable as a thickening and binding agent and is particularly recommended for all food products (acid or neutral) manufactured in a 'cold process'. Applications: fine food (e.g. Mayonnaise, salad sauces, ketchup), instant products (e.g. Dessert creams, fruit sauces), fruit preparations, bakery products. Packaging: Available in multiwall paper-bags of 25 kg (1 pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg).
