Agenajel 20.320 is an acetylated distarch adipate for food applications based on non-GMO waxy corn. It is distinguished by its high thickening capacity and its excellent heat, freeze/thaw, acid and shear stability. Appearance: white, fine powder. Odour: specific, pure. Taste: specific, pure. Aqueous cook-up solutions of agenajel 20.320 yield transparent, smooth and short-textured pastes. They do not gelatinize even after cooling or extended storage. Applications: fine food (mayonnaise, ketchup, salad dressings and creams), deep frozen products (soups, sauces), fruit preparations. Packaging: Available in multiwall paper-bags of 25 kg (1 pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg).
