Aglufiber® Citrus Fiber

Product description

Newborn in our family is citrus fiber, a clean label natural ingredient delivering multiple functional and dietary benefits, obtained from partially depectinised citrus peels, a by-product of the pectin industry.

Commercialised under Aglufiber® brand name, this E-numbers free solution shows high water binding capacity, and it can replace conventional stabilisers, emulsifiers and thickening agents to make food and beverage labels short and clean.
