AIPU FOOD's Ethyl Maltol
Ethyl maltol is a food additive with a sweet odor that can be described as caramelized sugar or cooked fruit. It’s a cost-effective flavor enhancer because only a tiny usage, usually 0.01-0.1%, could significantly boost the original odor of food. Besides, it could also help to cover the unpleasant odor of some highly concentrated meat products or seasonings.
