Akoflow is used to manufacture liquid margarine and butter:blends without expensive investments in a scraped surface heat exchanger. With the new product Akoflow, it is possible to manufacture this kind of products without any expensive investment in new equipment. The processing is easy- just add the aqueous phase into the Akoflow while mixing. Akoflow is based on a specially designed vegetable fat that makes manufacturing flexible, a major advantage being that liquid margarine can be made in small batches with different kinds of flavourings. Akoflow has a good nutritional profile with a low saturated fatty acid (SAFA) level of 10 & and is non-trans.
