LipoMill Coconut Flour and LipoMill Coconut Protein
LipoMill Coconut Flour is made from the press cake remaining after extracting the oil. It is a high-grade ingredient with the fine coconut aroma.
LipoMill Coconut Flour is gluten free and can partially substitute glutinous flower, e. g. wheat flour, in a range of recipes. However, due to its high absorption capacity, the amount of liquid requires modification.
LipoMill Coconut Fluor is rich in fibre and protein. It contains all eight essential amino acids and contributes to a well-balanced supply of protein. LipoMill Coconut Flour is a good alternative to almond and hazelnut flour for those allergic to nuts.
