Biomeat 65 is a functional soy concentrate with min.65% protein, that characterize an exceptional ability to bind water and fat, also it's a very good agent in the process of creating thermally stable and homogeneous emulsion. Ingredients: soy protein, cellulose fibers, carrageenan E-407, xanthan E-415, tara gum E417, cognac gum E-425. Usage: it is used in the food industry, especially where needed products with high protein content and expressed emulsifying properties, especially in the meat industry producing fat emulsions, suspensions, emulsions, meat and preparation of meat does while achieving great texture and consistency of the product. Storage: store in a dry, cool, ventilated place, protected from light and moisture. Packaging: 10 or 20 kg. Shelf life: 180 days.
