BioMeat 68 functional soy concentrate with min.68% proteins. Used, mainly, in meat industry for producing fat emulsions, suspensions, meat emulsions and preparation of meat does while achieving great texture and consistency of the product. It characterize an exceptional ability to bind water and fat, also it's a very good agent in the process of creating thermally stable and homogeneous emulsion. Ingredients: soy protein, cellulose fibers, bovine skin protein, carrageenan E-407, tara gum E417, cognac gum E-425. Storage: store in a dry, cool, ventilated place, protected from light and moisture. Packaging: 10 or 20 kg. Shelf life: 180 days.
