Biomeat inject is the addition of phosphate to the brine with redness, functional and highly valuable protein and carrageenan for production generous product or pickle, similar to ham with volume of 60%. It is used in systems for brine injection of meat, adjusted for equipment with a thin needle. It provides high functional safety in terms of developing protein, getting red in color and its stability. Ingredients: animal protein (beef), carrageenan E-407, diphosphate E-450, polyphosphate E-452, triphosphate E-451, dextrose, ascorbic acid E-300, cognac gum E-425. Storage: store in a dry, cool, ventilated place, protected from light and moisture. Packaging: 10 or 20 kg. Shelf life: 180 days.
