Biomeat kuter is combined auxiliary means based on phosphates for achieving red color with a membrane and a means for intensifying the flavor. It activates functional components gradually, while in the meat comes to the better solubility of the salt soluble proteins. It speeds up to receive the red color stabilization effect, reduces the weight loss during cooking and smoking, as well as the loss of bonding strength with prolonged storage. Ingredients: diphosphate E-450, polyphosphate E-452, triphosphate E-451, dextrose, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E-471, sodium glutamine E-621, ascorbic acid E-300, cognac gum E-425. Storage: store in a dry, cool, ventilated place, protected from light and moisture. Packaging: 10 or 20 kg. Shelf life: 180 days.
