BLG® was founded in 1996 as a high-tech enterprise devoted in hydrocolloids R&D, manufacture and supply, which grows to be worldwide largest producer of carrageenan. BLG® main products include Carrageenan (Kappa, Iota, Kappa II series), Konjac Gum, Agar-Agar and blend products for various applications under customer requirements. BLG® has three factories located in China and Indonesia respectively, with strong technology & competitive ability. At present, BLG® offers service in processed meat & frozen foods, dairy & beverage, dessert jelly & confection, brewing & baking, pet food, and medicine & daily chemicals field.
