Blueberry juice, 10 brix, not filtered, pasteurized (organic & conventional)

The blueberry juice is obtained by extraction from sound, mature blueberries. The juice is then pasteurized. The process is in compliance with the standards of the law on food and Canadian and American drugs as well as with the good practices of manufacturing (21 CFR § 110). The product is poured in a sealed polyethylene/polypropylene bag, which is approved for direct contact with food, inside a metal/plastic drum. The label mentions the following information: product name, product code, ingredients, net weight, best before date, Kosher logo, manufacturer address and country of origin. Appearance: blue liquid.
