Böcker Germe 80 categorised under direct method dry products is dried sourdough made of healthy wheat germs used for wheat bread. It is 100 % natural. It is highly efficient and low dosage. It has nutty flavour. It is produced by natural fermentation. The drying process stabilizes the germs and allows the dough to develop a very pleasing, nutty flavour. It gives baked goods a yellowish crust and crumb as well as an impressive long-lasting crispiness. It has baker's percent of 1 - 3 % for instant processing. A dosage of merely 1 - 3 % is highly productive and therefore very economical, too. Its effectiveness is truly unrivalled. It is ideally suited for all types of wheat-based baked goods.
