Product description

Destilacioned Bordas offers a wide range of food ingredients which includes BORDANTIX®. It is derived from the rosemary plant with synergic properties as it is a mixture of rosemary with antioxigenic activity comparable to other synthetic and natural antioxidants available in the market in addition to an excellent heat stability withstanding processes like refinement of fats, frying and cooking. It produces the sweetener NHP-DC, which is approximately 1500-1800 times sweeter than sucrose (common sugar) at threshold limit concentration. This sweetener has a synergistic sweetening effect in combination with sugar alcohols such as Xylitol, Isomalt, etc. and with other sweeteners such as aspartame, acesulfame-K, saccharin and cyclamate where the intensity of sweetness from the mixture, as above, is higher than the sum of the individual sweeteners.
