CareCream™

Caremoli offers a wide variety of products which includes CareCream™. It is a unique line of savory anhydrous spreadable flavor pastes. During the production of it, flavors and colors are encapsulated in the fat-based cream matrix, resulting in an intensified sensory experience and enhanced flavor and color stability. These flavor creams were created to improve the taste, flavor and appearance of a wide variety of foods. Physical properties: shelf stable up to 12 months, moisture content less than 3%, water activity less than 0.3, melting point 37° c and maintain flavor and color even during baking and cooking. Applications: bakery products, soups and sauces, fresh and dry filled pasta, dips and spreads. Ingredient declaration: dependent upon the composition of the particular CareCream™ flavor. For example, CareCream™ Basil: vegetable oil, maltodextrin, flavors, dextrose, lyophilized basil, salt, sunflower lecithin. Certificates: GMO free, gluten free.
