more. It is a ready-to-use premix . The preparation is rather simple by just mix the cheese powder with water and heat it for around 80 oC -85oC
for 15 minutes and pop it in the refrigerator for 48 hours and you will get the desired cheese block. It offers
convenience in terms of storage and
has longer shelf life.
