Ideal for use in bakery. These chunks stay in the oven for longer. Shelf life: dark Chocolate Chunks 24 months after production date / milk Chocolate Chunks 18 months after production date / white Chocolate Chunks 12 months after production date.
Packaging: For dark chocolate chunks-cocoa solids: 45.4%, 2.5 kg bag and cocoa solids: 39.1%, 10 kg box.
For milk chocolate chunks-cocoa solids: 25.8%, milk solids: 20.4%, 2.5 kg bag. Cocoa solids: 25.0%, milk solids: 24.6%, 10 kg box.
For white chocolate chunks-cocoa solids: 22.6%, milk solids: 24.9%, 2.5 kg bag. Cocoa solids: 21.0%, milk solids: 24.8%, 10 kg box.
