Citric acid solution

The raw material citric acid complies with E330 and FCC.
Available in standard concentrations of 40%, 46,9% & 50% w/w, calculated on anhydrous units. The relevant
concentration is available with a tolerance of ± 0,2% or ± 0,5% w/w.
UDAL® LC is used as acidulant in food and beverage applications like soft drinks, jams and jellies, canned fruits and vegetables.
Its antioxidant properties help to preserve fat, color, flavor and vitamin content of foodstuffs.
