Coconut sap aminos is a salty, savory seasoning sauce made from the fermented sap of coconut palm and sea salt.

Sekaya® Coconut Aminos Seasoning contains 73% less sodium than soy sauce. It is naturally sourced from the nectar of coconut flowers, then fermented and combined with sea salt and coconut nectar honey. This results in a nice balance of salty-sweet-umami flavors.

People sensitive to soy such as in soy-based seasonings will find this alternative to their liking, given its unique flavor profile: it’s similar to soy, but has a distinct taste of wine. Rich in nutrients, it derives its vitamins, minerals, and 17 naturally-occurring amino acids from the coconut blossom nectar.
