“ECOND”: A unique line of solid confectionary fats with high crystallization rate and termostability. Confectionary fats "Ekond" are obtained by high-tech fractionation, developed for the production of praline masses, deposited chocolates, bars.
“EKONFE”: Confectionary fats with a high crystallization rate for a wide range of products: fatty fillings for waffles, wafer cakes, wafer rolls, fillings for chocolates, rolls, sandwich cookies, various types of pastries.“ECOMIX”: Confectionary fats, with max. 1% trans isomer content, possess barrier properties and are developed for the production of fillings with a high content of nut materials, cream, cooling fillings. Fats are produced by fractionation and transesterification methods.
“ECONAT”: The first confectionary fats in Russia with a trans-isomer content of max. 1% have been produced by EFKO since 2006. Fats are developed for the production of a wide range of confectionary products: from semi-liquid and soft spreadable fillings to hard candy-like praline.
