Promar is a manufacturer of high quality CRYO-GROUN peppers. "Cryo" is a technology for grinding at low temperatures (coolant: liquid nitrogen, carbon dioxide).The purpose of cryomilling is to retain volatile substances in the ground product.Cryo ground pepper has more essential oils than traditional grinding technology, allows to reduce the dosage, has a bright color and maintains the richest aroma.

We offer black, white, green and red cryo-ground pepper in many fractions.
