Scandic Food offers different Dairy Alternatives for Cooking.

It applies to all our cooking bases, that they are produced from vegetable fat and can be used instead of – or as supplement to dairy cream.
The cooking bases are specifically developed for cooking and is offered with three different fat contents 15, 25 or 30% and in a Mixed product containing both dairy and vegetable fat.

The products is ideal for professional use in both the hot and cold kitchen due to its benefits, such as:

-       Long shelf-life – up to 12 months due to UHT treatment and aseptic packaging

-       Stable for any dish, ingredients and cooking style

-       With both whipping and thickening features, which secures a wide range of applications.
