Milled from partially de-oiled oriental mustard pressed cake (Brassica Juncea) in which the myrosinase enzyme has been inactivated by steaming.

Our de-heated mustard powder allows using functional properties of mustard without the development of characteristic mustard flavour in many food systems. 

Application: the product is widely used in the food industry as an emulsifier, a binder, oil & water absorbent, flavour enhancer, thickener and an antioxidant & antimicrobial agent.

Shelf life: 24 months

Labeling: Each bag is identified by product name, brand and production batch number
