Denico ApS is a Danish based family-owned ingredient company, who develops and manufactures functional innovative solutions of ingredients, addtivies, spices and flavour compounds. We are experts in developing and optimizing recipe formulations for the Meat & Poultry processing industry.

We know how to utilise the power of functional ingredient solutions. Based on thoroughly tested concepts of reduced raw material, less waste and an overall optimisation of recipe and process, we have proved increased yield – and this even without any further process investments. Cost optimisation, reduction of loss during process, sensory evaluation – consistency/texture enhancing properties, WaterHoldingCapacity (WHC) in various meat products, emulsification capacity, improved sliceability – reduction of slicing loss, extended product shelf-life, salt and fat reduction, phosphate-free products.
