Derui Kang 70 is a non-genetically modified soybean meal made from low temperature non-transgenic protein concentrate. It has excellent emulsification of fat absorption, stable characteristics; and can in tumbling machine or homogenizer, as an emulsion agent. Application: Derui Kang 70 commonly used for crushing, shredding, minced meat products, poultry products and fish products (meat emulsion, patties, large piece of meat, emulsified sausages, frankfurters and sausages, canned luncheon meat and surimi, etc.) can enhance the fat and keep the nutrients.
