150 years as a leading family business in the milling sector in Benelux, with production
sites in Deinze, Antwerp, Rotterdam and Avelgem.
It specializes in the production of flour and mixes for the artisan and industrial bakery sector. Innovation drives the organization with, among other things, The Flinn range, which stands for 'Flour Innovation'. This is flour that has undergone a physical treatment (heating and/or air classification step). These products are used in baking applications: Flinn Bake, Coatings for snacks, meat & fish, plant-based products: Flinn Coating, ragout fillings and sauces: Flinn Texture and carrier material for diluting concentrated components and sensitive precious raw materials: Flinn Carrier.
