EDIFETT / BUROLAC
EDIFETT and BUROLAC are spray-dried fat powders, based on various vegetable fats and milk / whey ingredients. Application: Fat powders for (instant) soups and sauces, pastries, catering products and meals, to optimize the creaminess, whitening and mouth feel properties. EDIFETT products can substitute cream powders in convenience applications. BUROLAC products also add a pleasant milky taste.
