Ingredients: %100 Egg White Powder (High Whipping), Brand name: Lick, packing: Multiple paper bag with polyinliner in 20 kg bags. 100 x 120 cm pallet weighing 500 kg. Other packaging can be studied on request. Shelf life: 12 months after production date in a dry, dark and cool place at 10 to 25°C and relative humidity <60% in original packing. (The respect of the expiry date is strictly related to the good way of storage of the product). Application: Used in mayonnaise sauces, dressings, bakery products, cakes etc.
